Life the Last Couple of Months

I've obviously not done much blogging lately.  It's been awhile since I've wanted to or made the time to.  But, I don't want 2016 to hit before I wrap up some of the sweet moments of our last months of 2015.  So, here goes...

In terms of blog housekeeping, I added Disqus as a commenting tool.  Hopefully that now allows everyone to comment and me to answer in an easier/better fashion.  Comment away!  I love to hear your thoughts!

I also added a little sidebar to one of my favorite watch companies - Jord!  If you're looking for a wonderful light-weight, trendy-yet-classic wooden watch, I would highly recommend these.  Just click through the little icon on the right side of the blog.

In November, we had a little All Souls Day Mass...look at my Saint Francis(s).

Then, the kids and I made soul cakes, and I think it will become a tradition.

We also tried our hand at homemade suckers...

Genevieve had her first bath...

And, Grace Patton's brother got stranded at our house for a day and night...the kids (and Jeremy and I) loved him!  What a sweet young man he is!

Sophie became obsessed with her sister...

And, we had a lot of hot chocolate mornings...

We made our traditional Christmas cookie...Spitz Buban.

Carter decorated Bigfoot...

And, Saint Nick came for a visit.

I just sat and stared at this little one...

And, then helped these two with a few projects...

The girls just hung out...

And, we decorated our fresh cut Christmas tree with a few new homemade ornaments.

There she is again...

We tried to keep our focus on this...

And we made a few more things...

These two remained the best of buds...

And, we assembled a gingerbread house.

Daddy had some special time with his girls...

While I played a game with the boys...

We've just tried to make the very most of this special season...of the year...and of our lives,  We haven't always done the best, but we are thankful for it all,
