Peter's Birthday

Peter's birthday lasted a few days.  Isn't that the way it should be?!  We got to have two cakes with both families, and he loved it.  I think it took him a bit to realize it was his birthday, but what he didn't know, Carter made up for and tried to "help" him with all of his presents!

 ^^^He was just looking for a little instruction in how to blow those candles out.  Uncle Justin to the rescue!

 We even got to see Jeremy's uncle Joe Don and cousin Taylor!

Then, on the 17th, it was an early start, and we had these for breakfast.  I highly recommend them (even if a bit sweet)!

 ^^^Peter got an easel and a bunch of art supplies for his birthday.  He was read for artwork in no time, so he and Carter headed outside...

 ^^^a potty break was necessary (I used to think this was gross, and I better start being more strict or we'll scare the "neighbors."

Two was a fun birthday.  And, it will be an even better year!
