Oh October...the busiest month. But also such a good one.
We gathered the cattle to wean the calves.
This little guy just got cuter...and ached to be as big as his crazy brothers.
We learned that hand pies are much more fun (and easier!) than traditional pies.
The boys did a little knife trading.
We shipped our calves.
And, tried to kill a tree.
This sweet boy turned six...
We learned about primary colors...
...and about the saints, too!
And, we tried to make a version of apple cider doughnuts. I'm guessing the real ones taste MUCH better!
