It snowed all day yesterday. I love love love it. It's just a bit magical to me (in the event that no one has to get out on the bad roads). When we can just stay indoors for most of the day, enjoying each other and the warmth of the home, I love it.
As I'm typing this post, Carter being hit by Peter: "Love one another."
JP in his bed at naptime: "AHHHH, Jesus pway for me!" I walked in to find him completely undressed and frantically trying to get his pull-up on (two legs in one hole).
During potting training after he went on the toilet and I got overly excited for him, he looked at me with his thumb up and said, "Fumbs up, buttercup!"
I can't remember if I've mentioned this one yet, but as I was putting Carter down for a nap the other day (after a frustrating morning), he said; "Mom, let's work on something, okay? Let's work on not being so mad."
When JP had an accident, Jeremy reminded him to tell us when he needed to go potty. Before he even got out the words, with wet pants, he yells, "I NEED TO GO POTTY, OK?"
Sophie: "Dadadadada"
the nap time one is my favorite! Good thing he knows to pray in moments of frustration–Grace just hollers! :)
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! All of those sayings. I never thought to write them down with my oldest ones. I've been trying harder to with my youngest one now because I know how too quickly it passes by. I saw it snowing out in your area. I love the snow...but at a distance ;)
