It's time.
My sister and I have been putting off doing our Jillian challenge for too long.
So, on Wednesday, May 8th, we're starting! And we're giving ourselves until Saturday, June 15th to finish. A little more than 30 days, for the days when "life" just gets in the way.
We're using either 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30. Or a combo of both. Whatever works best for each individual. There are no stipulations other than getting 30 days in - consecutively or taking a day off here and there. Following the diet is not mandatory, but is definitely an option.
We'll check in with each other, via email, text, facebook or phone to let each other know when we've completed our workout each day.
It's just over 20 minutes/day, and we're going to do it!
If anyone wants to join, comment or shoot me an email. We can keep each other accountable!

DeleteI'm in. I have the 30 day shred, but to be honest the most I've made it is 6 days before it starts to gather dust on the shelf.

Ugh, I knew this day was coming. I really need to say yes---but the thought of saying yes makes me want to cry. On the other hand, the thought of shorts and swimsuits for the summer makes me want to cry to. I better say yes. I'll let you know next week who I dislike more--you or Jillian :) JK Brittie...I'm so glad I have someone to motivate me!

DeleteOh friend... I'm simply not ready to join you yet. Just got back from out of town. Home for a few days. About to pack up for an eight night trip... I am thinking pushing the double stroller or pulling the wagon with 55+ pounds of babies for 4-5 miles a day counts for something, right? Good luck! You're awesome!!!
