Weekend with Mimi and Pops

**Okay, I just realized that I'm not getting a lot of comments in my email anymore, so for those of you who I haven't responded to, I'm so sorry! I had no idea the comments were even there!**

We got to spend the weekend with Jeremy's parents, and as always, it was wonderful.  The boys didn't stop asking either one of them to splay from the minute we got there until we drove away.

A few years ago, a friend handed this jeep down to them in the event that they ever had a granddaughter. Well, if the boys have anything to do with it, the motor will die before she arrives :)
We strapped John Paul in and Carter took great care to keep him safe from their biggest danger...
(not the street right behind him) but the brother with no mercy.
A few attempts at bumper cars later, John Paul was finished.
And, Peter had moved on to something bigger.
The cousins got to come over too - so fun!
And, this guy showed me everything about his new loom - he even made me a new bracelet!

 We had the best time,
and made it home safely to start a new week!
Thanks for the fun Mimi and Pops!

  2. Love these! Poor John Paul--you could tell in that one picture he was not having Peter and the bumper car idea. So funny!

  3. Looms are all the rage, aren't they? My kiddo got one for her birthday and she hasn't figured out how to use it yet. I think I should help her, huh?
