Baking Soda<br />1/4 t. salt<br />1/2 C. butter<br />2 large bananas<br />1 C. sugar<br />2 eggs<br />1 t. vanilla<br />1 C. chopped pecan (optional)<br /><br />Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs & vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas. Fold in dry ingredients & nuts.
